Terms of Service

By booking or participating in any services offered by Knoxville K9 Academy — including consultations, training sessions, classes, programs, or events — you agree to the following:

Service Agreement: You acknowledge that all training services are provided based on the information you provide about your dog’s behavior and history. While we use proven training methods to improve obedience and behavior, results may vary based on each dog and owner’s commitment.

Payments & Scheduling: All fees are due as stated at the time of booking. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the timeframe specified at booking to avoid forfeiture of fees.

Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate health and vaccination information for your dog and to follow all safety instructions during training sessions. You accept responsibility for your dog’s safety and conduct at all times.

Liability: You understand that working with animals carries inherent risks. By participating in our services, you agree not to hold Knoxville K9 Academy or its trainers liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in training.
